New York Energy $mart(SM) loans can be used to finance energy-efficient improvements for your home, which include vinyl replacement windows, insulation and air sealing. Once your home improvement project meets NYSERDA approval, we can help you finance them at a rate that's significantly lower. With a lowered rate you'll save money with lower payments and lower energy costs!

In addition, some people may also qualify for NYSERDA's Assisted Home Performance program. If you qualify, NYSERDA will pay half of the cost of the energy related improvements. Qualifications for the program are available on the NYSERDA website.
