About Our Maintenance-Free Siding

Most homeowners want only a few things from their choice of siding: no painting, pride and peace of mind. Classic Home Improvements has been siding homes since 1977 while maintaining an excellent rating from the Better Business Bureau. By providing only the highest quality products installed to our high quality standards, we have grown to a company with over 4,000 customers and in excess of 1,400 siding jobs installed!

As part of a vinyl siding job, Classic Home Improvements will:

remove/replace rotten wood
build new window casings
insulate with insulation up to 1 3/4" thick
cap out the foundation
cover all trim with custom-formed, pvc-coated coil stock
install your choice of a premium vinyl siding system
install a premium vinyl soffit and fascia system (cover eaves and overhangs)
complete exterior caulk out
trim cap out all door jambs and casings
clean and remove all old siding and debris

All our siding products are backed with the Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty. Many of these warranties are transferrable -- they're so confident of the products that the warranty is transferable to a new owner! A pleasant side-effect of our siding process is the energy savings and noise reduction it creates. Our underlayment system will prevent air and water infiltration, increasing R-Value and decreasing outside noise. Depending on the actual wood area covered and the type of insulation, energy savings can exceed 20%.

Classic Home Improvements is not locked into a contract with one manufacturer. You can choose between several manufacturers, hundreds of color combinations, unique panel designs and finishes, different textures and many accessories.
